​Public Act 99-0922
On June 14, 2017, we completed our water quality testing in accordance with Public Act 099-0922, which requires buildings built prior to January 1, 2000 that are occupied by 10 or more Pre-K through fifth grade students to test for lead in drinking water sources. We are pleased to share that all of our water sources tested below the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) action level of 15 parts per billion (ppb), and also tested below the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) notification level of 5 ppb.
