Welcome to our classroom page!

 

Let me start by introducing myself, Mr. Emory, and Mr. Norris.   My name is Lorie Meyers and I am one of the teachers in the High School at Sased Central along with Mrs Cour and Mrs. Welch.  I graduated with a BS in Special Education from Eastern Illinois University and have a Masters of Education in Reading and Literacy and Educational Leadership.  I have taught the last 17 years with the Sangamon Area Special Education School District.  I enjoy teaching and working with all children of all ages.

Mr. Emory has been a paraprofessional at Sased Central for the past 11 years.  Mr. Norris has been a paraprofessional for three years.  They are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure your child has the very best.  

We have a lot of plans for this school year.  We will be working with your children at their functioning levels.  There will be some group work, working one-on-one as well as independent work.
