All files on this site are created with Microsoft Office. Open the files by double clicking. If after you have tried to open one of the pages below it may (on some machines) offer you a logon box, just cancel the logon. Do not fill in from the online copy. Print the document for a hard copy, or save them to your computer to keep a copy. If you are running windows XP and you get an "Method Not Implemented" error, the only current solution is to download a Netscape browser. Go to netscape.com and follow the directions. It will open the word documents.
